AWT Reverse Osmosis System with De-mineraliser - an Ideal Alternative to a Distiller

The Andrew’s Water Veterinary Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) System has a very different specification to other domestic reverse osmosis systems and produces higher quality water which is ideal for dental or veterinary autoclaves and other applications that require de-mineralised water.

Unlike traditional distillers, the Andrew’s Water Veterinary R.O. does not use any electricity and purely works off mains water pressure, making it a much more cost effective way of producing mineral free water. It is common for a distiller to use 3 kilowatts of energy or more to produce one gallon of water which works out as a saving £300 a year on your electricity bill.

With bottled water being even more expensive, the Veterinary R.O. system is an extremely cost effective addition to your de-contamination room.

An increasing number of vets are turning to R.O. to produce purified water for their autoclaves due to the sometimes dramatic cost-savings compared to their old distillers.

The system boasts 3 stages of filtration:
STAGE 1 - 1 Micron Carbon Block: Removes sediment and chlorine plus other organic substances.
STAGE 2 - Reverse Osmosis Membrane: Removes up to 98% of impurities in the supply.
STAGE 3 - Demineralising Post-filter: Removes up to 99.9% of all contaminants from the water including dissolved minerals.

The system comes with a full DIY installation kit including a mains water connector and a chrome faucet tap to draw the water from. We can now offer both installation and servicing as an option.
