ACTB1/2 Aqua Cure Colonic Hydrotherapy Filters

A set of 3 advanced hydrocolonic filters to fit Aqua Cure ACTB1 and ACTB2 type systems for Hydrotherapy.

These filters will also fit any system using standard or slimline 10" housings.

Stage 1 - 5 Micron Sediment filter to take any larger sediment from supply or pipe work out of the supply.

Stage 2 - The unique radial flow design offers the benefits of granular activated carbon (GAC) filtration, such as low pressure drop, while at the same time significantly reducing the release of carbon fines commonly associated with GAC style cartridges.

Stage 3 - The CBC10 has advanced multimedia cartridges designed to reduce chlorine taste and odour, dissolved and particulated lead, cysts, MTBE and certain volatile organic chemicals (VOCs).  These cartridges are protected by Endurawrap, a uniquely formulated polyolefin bilaminate pre-filter that is designed to significantly increase the useful life of the cartridge by trapping sediment that typically plugs carbon block cartridges making more advanced than a standard Carbon block. In addition to the special lead reduction, the unique structure of the carbon block enables it to reduce  Giardia, Entamoeba and Toxoplasma cysts and fine sediment particles down to 0.5 microns.

This is filter is also very effective at removing chlorine.

N.B for the ACTB2 system an ACUV15 Lamp is also required for a full change. The ACTB3 system uses a ACNUVL24 lamp.
